Lions and tigers and bears, Oma!
Pics from a recent trip to the San Francisco Zoo, and a few more,
Here are some more pictures as we head off to California.
So it was a blast, and since pics are worth 1000 words, that’s all I’ll say.
Pictures of a recent trip to Deer Hollow Farm at Rancho San Antanio Park.
At 5;57am on February 13, 2009 (yes, a Friday the 13th) we welcomed our newest daughter Karis to the world. The next week, of course, was a week of first, as many family members met Karis for the first time, and Karis got to do many things for the first time. Unfortunately, two people are glaringly absent from the pictures, and that is both grandfathers. Hopefully that will be changed soon as they get to se Karis more. Karis did however get to meet all of her grandparents, as well as her great-grandparents who happened to be in town at the time. With all of her cousins, uncles, and aunts scheduled to come into town in the next month, more pictures are sure to follow.
Many stars aligned, allowing most of our family to be in the same place at the same time. Here are a few pictures of the fun, and of course, the kids.
As the birth of Karis comes closer, we realized that we had to get out and do something as a family, so we all spent Martin Luther King, Jr. Day up at the San Francisco Zoo. It was so much fun to see Katelyn really enjoy herself, especially on the train ride. And of course, being in California, we can still wear shorts and t-shirts in San Francisco.
